Three lineages of Reiki
Magdalena practises three distinct but complementary lineages of Reiki energy healing. Together they create a layered, individual healing experience that meets you exactly where you are on your journey.
Holy Fire III
A refined, elevated form of Reiki known for its purity, gentleness and depth. Holy Fire energy heals and also guides you through real inner transformation, releasing old wounds and patterns that no longer serve.
Karuna Reiki
Meaning "compassionate action". This advanced modality is dedicated to deep-seated trauma, grief and suffering, offering emotional and spiritual release for those ready to move through what has kept them stuck.

Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing sessions use the natural energetic properties of crystals and gemstones to realign the body's subtle energy centres. Placed on and around the body, the crystals clear stagnant energy, amplify intention and restore harmony to the chakras.
A gentle but powerful therapy for anyone seeking clarity, protection, grounding, or a deeper connection to their intuitive and spiritual gifts.
Pranic Healing
Rooted in the teachings of Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, Pranic Healing is a no-touch energetic therapy that works directly with the aura and the energy centres. Depleted or diseased energy is cleansed and fresh prana (life force) is brought in, speeding up the body's natural healing on physical, emotional and mental levels.
It helps with stress, anxiety and chronic tension, and supports recovery alongside conventional care. Clients leave lighter, clearer and more alive.
Vibrational healing
Sound Healing & Sound Research
The Institute is devoted to exploring and applying therapeutic sound. Sound Healing sessions immerse you in deep, resonant soundscapes created with gongs, crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls and tuning forks.
These instruments are chosen for their ability to shift brainwave states, dissolve tension and guide the body into deep relaxation. Rooted in ancient tradition and ongoing sound research, each session is a full-body experience of vibrational transformation.

Women's Circle
Every week, Sonic Temple Institute opens its doors to a gathering of women: a circle of sisterhood, vulnerability and shared healing.
In this supportive space, women come together to share, release and grow through ritual, reflection, energy work and heart-centred connection. The circle is a place to be truly seen, to reclaim your voice, and to remember your inner strength alongside others walking a similar path.
